Tuning Forks
Acutonics is a therapeutic sound healing treatment that uses precision-calibrated tuning forks to promote physical, mental, and emotional balance. Rooted in principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and energy healing, Acutonics involves placing tuning forks on or near acupuncture points, chakras, or areas of tension. The gentle vibrations produced by the forks resonate with the body’s energy pathways, releasing blockages, enhancing circulation, and restoring harmony.
During an Acutonics session, the practitioner customizes the frequency and placement of the forks based on individual needs, helping to relieve stress, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being. The soothing sounds and vibrations facilitate a deeply meditative state, allowing the body to naturally rebalance and rejuvenate.

Weekly Women Yoga Circle
Monday is the day of the moon, which is a great evening for women to gather, share the light and challenges of the weekend, and set intentions for the coming week. Start your week with some self-love, self-compassion, and self-care.
Each session will be unique based on what each of you will bring. We will open with a sharing circle and have a collective altar, and I will offer a class from this collective energy. If you want to share a song or exercises, I will be open to integrating them, too. Sometimes, the planets or the moon cycle will influence the class theme; another day, it may be the media. Inspirations comes from many places. Those classes are truly for everyone identifying as women. It is much more about how the posture feels, not how they look. I offer a safe space to release what you need to let go to feel more empowered, grounded, and loved for yourself. I will guide the group on a symbolic journey while moving in yoga-like postures and other spiritual practices.
No experience is required—only a desire to connect with your best self and a deep curiosity to know more about yourself.
Mat and blanket available on site.
I am more than willing to discuss a payment arrangement or even a partial trade to make this gathering accessible to you, if you feel drawn to this collective.
